We're renting in Providence (from Jon and Karen Mock, who is a professor at USU) and the neighbor's house went up for sale yesterday:

Late 1800's
3 bed, 2 bath
Modern refinish (carpet, laminate wood flooring, new cabinets, etc)
1.24 acre lot (of mostly green lawn but with a lot of trees, 2 barns, etc)
Open house on Monday

While it would be amazing to have the Mocks for neighbors, the house isn't what Karin and I are looking for right now, so I thought I'd let others know about it.  The lot is big enough for the property to be subdivided, but I know they (the Mocks) would like to avoid that, and might be interested in joint ownership of a subdivided lot (or something along those lines) if it made the house more affordable for the right people.  (Contact me directly if serious about this option.)
