Hello Ladies:

Thank you for your quick response regarding the July Girls Night Out Event.  For the July event we will be attending the Thursday July 31 7:30 pm showing of Aida at the Ellen Eccles Theater in downtown Logan. www.ufoc.org

I have arranged for us to purchase individual tickets through the box office and still be seated as a group.  The box office is going out of their way and making an exception for us, so let's show our appreciation by purchasing these tickets!  They are currently holding 15 seats for the performance, and I received seven replies from people who will be attending.  They will only hold these tickets until July 1st however, so you will need to purchase your tickets within the next week.  After that time you may still purchase tickets to the performance if it is not sold out, but you may not be able to sit with the group.

I only received one response regarding price and seating preference, so I have arranged for us to purchase the least expensive tickets.  This means the seats will not be the greatest, but hopefully more people will want to attend.  Tickets will be $13 with fees.  To place your order call the box office at 750-0300 and ask for either Nancy, Stacey, or Meredith.  Tell them you are with the Logan Newcomers Club.  They will mail the ticket to your home.

They have asked me to explain their exchange policy to you.  All ticket sales are non-refundable.  If for some reason you find you can not attend the performance, you may exchange the ticket for another showing of Aida for the cost of $2.  You may not exchange the ticket for any other production.  Tickets may not be exchanged any later than 48 hours before the date and time of the performance.  Exchanges will be based on availability.  Please see the UFOC website if you have additional questions regarding their exchange policy.
