Hike: Card Canyon

Difficulty: Moderate

Distance: 6.5 mi loop

Time: meet at 9:00 am, hike will be 3 -3.5 hours

Meeting place: Ranger Station, 1500 East Highway 89, Logan, UT 84321

Bring: Comfortable & supportive hiking shoes, plenty of water, snack/lunch

 

We'll meet in the parking lot and the carpool to the trailhead.

 

Summary of the Card Canyon Trail from Jim Sinclair's Cache Trails: This  hike provides a moderate loop hike through pleasant terrain, including aspen, maple and fir groves, flower-bedecked meadows, springs, ponds, and rocky cliffs. The route has considerable shade most of the way that makes it a pleasant mid-summer hike.  Look for moose around the ponds.
