Hi Corinne, It looks like I need to invest in snowshoes. Several people have mentioned they are great fun and after looking outside this morning it looks like the ticket. My husband has just started a job teaching at USU. So our family has shlepped from Blacksburg VA to make a go of it. I've really enjoyed the snow and even the cold doesn't seem too bad yet but I'm missing my running buddies. And like you said, running alone is just not the same. I'm not working at the moment and our three kids are in school at 9:00, so after that through mid-day is good for me. I'm ok with early morning, before my house gets stirring, once I know the area and some good routes. I've never done a marathon but have done a couple triathlons in the past year. I'm about a 9-10 min. mile and like about 6 miles, but am flexible. My girlfriend in Blacksburg and I are going to run a 10-miler in DC this year so I'm up for working on longer runs after I get use to the altitude. Anyway, I'm up for getting out. Are you going to the Life of Pi bookclub coming up through the Newcomers? Looking forward to meeting you. Tanya

Tanya!
This is Corinne - I'm a Lutheran pastor here in Logan - and I run quite a bit. I've been lazy since early December when I ran the Las Vegas marathon, but have gotten a few snowshoe runs in lately. What brought you to Logan? What is your work or study schedule? It would be great to get together for a run. Mostly I run alone and it isn't as fun!
Peace, Corinne

Hello fellow runners, I have recently moved to Logan (two weeks ago), and am looking forward to meeting some gals that enjoy getting out for a run. Anyone, interested? Is there a group of you that run a couple times a week? I'm looing forward to hearing back.Tanya, in Loganhm- 213-3133cell 540-808-9062The following information is a reminder of your current mailing list subscription:
